Post Traumatic Joy Book Club meets once a month. We read (or listen to) one book, talk about it over a simple craft, and hold space for joy and laughter as well as the heavy parts. This month’s book is Are You Mad at Me? by Meg Josephson. We’ll look at the roles you learned to play to keep the peace, and what it might feel like to put them down.
Students are welcome to bring their copy of the book (or follow the link above for Libby audiobook, free with a library card), along with a pen and paper for any notes. All craft supplies will be provided.
