Post Traumatic Joy Book Club meets once a month. We read one book, talk about it over a simple craft, and hold space for joy and laughter as well as the heavy parts. This month’s book is How to Heal from Emotionally Immature Parents by Sian Morgan-Crossley. We’ll look at what growing up with an emotionally immature parent taught you, and what you can give yourself now that you didn’t get then.
Students are welcome to bring their copy of the book, How to Heal from Emotionally Immature Parents by Sian Morgan-Crossley, along with a pen and paper for any notes. All craft supplies will be provided.
